DELIVERY
All items purchased through this website will be shipped via regular mail within seven (7) days of ordering with delivery expected, but not guaranteed, within fourteen (14) days. A postage and handling fee will be charged on a per unit ordered basis.

REFUND POLICY
All items for sale on the Phoneit website should be selected carefully as Phoneit maintains a strict policy of NO Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.

UNIT REGISTRATION
All items purchased through this website must be registered prior to activation. The registration process requires the client to provide details about both the themselves and the product purchased. This information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be used for any other purpose than stated in the Phoneit Privacy Policy.

MONITORING PLAN
Phoneit products require a Monitoring Plan to be selected as part of the Product activation process. Various Plan’s are offered and each are charged on a recurring monthly basis at the listed fee rate. Written notice of thirty (30) days is required to terminate an existing Monitoring Plan. Should payment of the monthly Monitoring Fee be cancelled for any reason, all service will be suspended as of the fee due date and a reconnection fee of AUD$66.00 will apply.

PRODUCT ACTIVATION
Please note that after completing the Product Registration and Activation Process it may take up to one (1) business day before Unit data and positioning information can be accessed on the Phoneit website.



TWELVE MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY


SCOPE AND DURATION OF WARRANTY
Phoneit Pty. Limited (“PHONEIT”) warrants to the customer (“Customer”) each of its Phoneit products (the “Equipment”) purchased hereunder against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date of purchase. PHONEIT, at its option, will at no charge either repair, or replace, any equipment during the warranty period, provided it is returned in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. Repair may, at PHONEIT’s option include the replacement of parts or boards with functionally equivalent reconditioned or new parts or boards. Replacements for parts, boards or Equipment will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. All replaced parts or boards and Equipment shall become the property of PHONEIT. This warranty does not include the cost of labour in removing and/or replacing the Equipment. This express warranty is extended by PHONEIT to the original Customer only, and is not assignable or transferable. This is the complete warranty for the Equipment and PHONEIT assumes no obligation or liability for additions or modifications to this warranty unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of PHONEIT. PHONEIT cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by PHONEIT, which is attached to and used in connection with the Equipment, or for operations of the Equipment with any ancillary equipment.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY COVER
The following examples are not covered under the Warranty:
• Defects or damage resulting from use of the Equipment in other than its normal and customary manner
• Defects or damage resulting from misuse, accident, or neglect
• Defects or damage from improper testing operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification, or adjustment
• Breakage or damage to antennae unless caused directly by defects in material or workmanship
• Equipment disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim
• Equipment which has had the serial number removed or made illegible
• Defects or damage due to spills of food or liquids
• All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to Customer normal use
• Any evidence of unauthorized tampering will render this warranty invalid

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
A fault report will be completed by the call center upon receipt of a call. After investigation by the PHONEIT Technical department, it will be determined whether the equipment is subject to warranty repair or replacement. In the case of out of warranty repair, the customer will be told the reasons and will be asked to authorize repairs to the equipment, which will be charged for.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The warranty sets forth PHONEIT’s responsibilities regarding the Equipment. Repair or replacement at PHONEIT’s option is the customer’s exclusive remedy. Replacements for parts, boards or Equipment will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other express warranties, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability. Quality or fitness, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. In no event shall PHONEIT be liable for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the equipment, or for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits of savings, or other incidental or consequential damages. As the cellular carrier is not controlled by PHONEIT, no warranty is made as to, and PHONEIT assumes no responsibility and liability for, the carrier’s range, coverage, design, grade of service, audio quality, equipment compatibility, system down – time, or billing practices.
